The more the merrier with Partnerpedia. Onboard your partners and employees into Partnerpedia so you can start using the collaborations tools, light CRM functionalities and share content with them.
Invite Contacts, Onboard Partners and Employees
Onboard your partners/employees into Partnerpedia to take advantage of the collaboration tools and share information with them. To onboard your partners/employees, click on Manage tab that is on the right hand side to the navigation bar.
To onboard your partners, click on Onboard Partners. To onboard your employees, click on Onboard Employees.
Then upload an excel file that contains your partner's profile information like Company Name, First Name, Last Name, Job Title and Email Address. For your employees, upload an excel file that contains their First Name, Last Name, Job Title and Email address. Your partners/employees are then sent an email and link to join Partnerpedia.
