They're also a great forum for holding discussions and gathering feedback for a partner advisory council or a beta group.

Activity Feed
New to the collaboration? The Activity Feed updates you on everything that has happened with the collaboration starting from the beginning.
Task and Event Calendar
List any important deadlines, milestones or tasks that need to be accomplished in the Collaboration's calendar. Also list any events that are important to attend for the project. You can also associate tasks and events to collaborators, files, and discussions.
Collaborators
This gives you a snapshot of the members of your collaboration and includes links to their profile so you can know more about them.
Discussions
Keep track of all conversations, discussions that are going on in your Collaboration. Also you can add a new discussion to bounce ideas or respond to a current thread.
Shared Files
Need help on a RFP or a presentation or a whitepaper? Upload them here to get input and feedback from your partners. The files are also versioned control so you can see who changed what and when. In addition, you can leave a comment on the changes made to the file.
